He graduated from Indiana University in 2003 with a finance degree but was inspired by books like Rich Dad, Poor Dad to pursue real estate. So, from 2003 to 2008, he was an appraiser and broker in the residential and commercial real estate industry. He took a brief break during the 2008 financial crisis to focus exclusively on the stock market investing $10,000. By 2021, his account reached $7 million. His route to success was not a steady one, but hey, that’s microcap investing. Today, Mariusz is here to tell us all about the psychology of the real estate market and how we can use it for all our future investments!
