In today's fast-paced world, you're lucky if your resume gets any time in front of a human. Most online applications are electronically scanned by software before they have the chance to get in front of a person. What about cover letters?
If cover letters are required with resume submissions, don't ignore these job postings because you don't know how to effectively write one. Today's episode is here to change that.
