Hello everyone!
A lot of times in our life, we get told to do tasks in certain ways by our superior. But we may not know that 1) our superiors maybe limit in time, and 2) therefore, our superiors might not have the perfect way of solving the tasks. Therefore, you should be able to develop your own thinking and solve the tasks from first principles. In other words, developing your bespoke solution to the task.
This is what is meant by being accountable.
