Meet Megan Jones.
Megan leads the Customer and Partner Experience organization at Red Hat, an IBM subsidiary and the world's leading provider of enterprise open source software solutions. She joined Red Hat in 2015 to create an analytics team in the Customer Experience and Engagement organization, and grew the team from three associates in the US to a global team of 24 data analysts, data scientists and engineers. In 2020, she took over the Customer & Partner Experience team to champion and drive the strategic vision of creating a world class, ‘customer centric’ company culture.
