"Oh im only going to do this for a couple months, ok what about after that, idk?"
Something i want to share is that I lived on a "diet" of who I really was for years and it did not support me. But I was so worried and stuck in comparison of what everyone else thought that I thought it was normal to not feel well all the time. I thought it was normal to live a dieted life. But you deserve to live a full life a committed to your dreams life. So please end the diet.
In this episode I talk about the difference in mindset between a diet and discipline. How yes we get to have short term plans but we also get to have long term plans. If your looking to transform you life a diet isnt going to do it.
