Scarlett, a mental health advocate and survivor of 25 years of severe binge/purge Anorexia and Bulimia. Scarlet's journey with eating disorders began at a young age when she was diagnosed with a binge eating disorder at 9. Her struggle with disordered eating progressed over the years, and her journey was not easy, and she was admitted to the hospital, almost losing her life before she decided to choose life and start her recovery journey.
Today, Scarlet has devoted her life to helping others recover from eating disorders and break the shame and stigma surrounding these behaviors. She is a Therapist / EFT Practitioner / Eating Disorders Recovery Coach.
