That is exactly what Meredith Bell does. She is the Co-Founder and President of Performance Support Systems, a global software company based in Virginia. Besides developing award winning assessment and development tools used in all types of businesses, Meredith is the author of several books. Today, we discuss, Connect with Your Team, and Peer Coaching Made Simple co-authored with Dr. Denny Coates, her business partner of 30 years.

The combination of both of these books used in a “learning capacity” may be one of the most important things a company owner can do to start creating a long-term positive culture and long-term efficiency in their business.

It’s been proven that you can learn how to improve your communication skills; and in their books, Meredith and Denny share a great number of strategies.
