They help you deal with those dark times, they are there to listen, laugh, and bounce ideas off and ultimately help to build you back up - their numbers are on speed dial when you need them, they drop everything and come to your aid - these are the friends I am so fortunate to have in my life. There's a saying that "Friends are the family we get to choose for ourselves" I could not agree more...."
In this episode, we are exploring the topic - Friendship. I will be inviting few friends to explore this with me - as we all know people have different opinions when it comes to friendships. There are good and bad friendship relationships - there are friendship that help us thrive and there are also toxic friendship that hinder our progress.
To kick off the topic, my guest is my real good friend, Jane Okafor De Raeve.
Jane is a wife and mother of 3 wonderful children. She completed her first degree in Nigeria in Mass Communication and she's currently studying for her Master's in Education.
Jane has been privileged to have had the opportunity of being a diplomatic trailing spouse, moving from one country to another every four years for diplomatic duties and this given her a valuable experience in world affairs. She believes in giving back to vulnerable communities all over the world.
She is the Co-Founder of Chance4all, a charitable organisation based in Zambia.
