Liverpool defenders Virgil van Dijk and Joe Gomez have returned from injury as the Reds lost 4-3 to Hertha Berlin in their latest pre-season friendly. The Reds fell 2-0 behind before Sadio Mane and Takumi Minamino levelled before half-time before Stefan Jovetic’s second half brace helped the German side to the win, despite a late consolation from Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain.
