Along the way, Ben discovered how to build organizations that can sustain learning, adapt to change and create for the future. Today, Ben consults with businesses to help them adopt the very best practices in marketing, design, product management and software development; coach executives, teams and private clients on everything from leadership to grief and loss; and speak and write about what he's learning along the way.
