Israel and The U.S. says the decision by the International Criminal Court to look into war crimes in Palestinian areas, is politically motivated and unfair.
Israel has said it won't cooperated with the ICC, and has warned soldiers they could be put ion international arrest warrants.
In part one of this podcast we featured the Palestinian view that the ICC is needed because Palestinians have been murdered by soldiers in occupied West Bank and Gaza.
In this part 2 we talk to Jerusalem based lawyer and Israeli Professor Avi Bell who lectures at the Univ. of San Diego School of law, and also Bar-Ilan University in Israel who believes the ICC is a political court with no jurisdiction to investigate Israel.
