In this episode, we discussed about the concept of grounding, also known as body earthing in Ayurveda and its importance. We know the earth is one big electromagnet and humans can balance out their bio magnetic fields by walking barefoot like animals do, says Ayurveda, which is like the concept of earthing of electrical supply in modern science. In today’s time, we hardly get to touch the natural surface of earth with our bare feet, either we are covered in our rubbered footwear or at the times even the floors are artificially laminated for the look and feel and comfort. Lack of grounding tends to disrupt and restrict us from align our bio magnetic fields with earth, which is becoming a cause of severe hormonal disorders.
