In this episode of ATP I sit down with Josh Bond and talk about the influence PRI has had on his unique style of training and how he blends non-manual breathing techniques into his clients' strength programs to help them rid low back pain, knee pain and remain pain-free as they continue to build strength. We also talk about the ever-changing online world of training clients professionally.
