Dr. T believes that as we grow, we are "untaught" the creativity we need to really thrive in life. Research and science has shown that by allowing yourself to daydream and fantasize, then pair the fantastical with actionable steps, people are able to abandon doubts, get rid of insecurities, and embark on new journeys.
