IMPACT (noun) - a marked effect or influence aka inspired to make a positive change with HER footprint.

CO. (prefix) together.

Which BIRTHED "HER Conversations" Conversations (noun) a talk, especially an informal one, between two or more people, in which news and ideas are exchanged.

We are here to stand and create side by side, off the sidelines and full on the playing field that is this wild and bold life. A collaborative that stands to be what we wish to see. These CONVERSATIONS are the real, the raw, the unmasked, bold, uncomfortable, fun, love amplified - generated for IMPACT! (and not just the fancy words strung together, the embodiment of that)We’ve laughed together & we’ve cried and it’s gone without saying we yearn to meet and see women thrive. From these conversations between ourselves, with celebration and courage this podcast audio air space is intentionally crafted to connect and share with each of YOU!

Nothing is off limits, and nothing will be scripted. You'll laugh at our creative impromptu awkwardness in Ep.1 which we intentionally have not re-done because growth is a game, and so is being on the field of it ALL. None of all always hit a goal or a home run, sometimes we miss the ball completely. So buckle up, enter these conversations with curiosity to join us for a journey, where we aren't your guru rather your friend side by side.

About Lauren

Lauren is a mama, business owner, mentor and above all HUMAN committed to sharing her life to remind you what's possible when you CHOOSE it. The real, the raw, the unfiltered is her jam. Coming from quite a ride of a past (which you can see more of over at @lauren.darlington) she desires to be an example of how much our past never defines us and those things nudging us to be created? They're here for us. That life you desire is so possible.

Lauren has birthed multiple businesses from a virtual assistant agency to business mentoring to empowerment coaching to supporting high level entrepreneurs and leaders behind the scenes in their businesses. She has supported and managed large scale events, been apart of multiple six figure launches and business plans, built effective teams and really seen what business takes, both on smaller and larger scales. Lauren is now navigating the rebirth that is mamahood with her baby girl and birthing the business & creations that desire to come through alongside it all.

Tara Lee is a visionary, governed by her inner muse - inspired by life, earth & humankind. A writer, Mind-Body Practitioner, Yogi, Doula, Intuitive Coach, Conscious Business creator & most significantly a super proud Mama bear.

Beyond the labels and the accolades Tara embraces her humanness most to meet you wherever you are to steward the reminders of the soulful, sacred wholeness that we each have within.

With a medical science background, her experience is vast. From a national corporate event planner, social project management motherhood birthed the exit of Tara’s corporate journey and a spark of new creativity. Since she has created multiple businesses from cake decorating, a children’s intentional clothing line, graphic design, a wellness space, social enterprise, children and youths wellness programs and of course holistic healing and transformation programs.
