There is a reason sleep is preserved across all life forms. We absolutely require this rest. And as humans we can use this rest to optimize our health by literally reversing our age at the cellular level. We do this by getting into deep sleep and running a repair program called autophagy. If we are not running this program and not sleeping with an appropriate circadian cycle then this will promote disease and aging. Here in this episode I go over how you can sync your sleep with your circadian rhythm and make sure you are running the repair process of autophagy.
