Since its inception in May 2017, Bouvar has served as the Salonnière of Salon Queertronique, infusing Hamburg's club scene with vital TransVisibility behind the decks. Drawing from over three decades of queer club culture, her sets are a testament to her profound understanding of the genre. With a philosophy rooted in "Recreate-Restore-Reform," she resurrects the sonic essence of historic gay discos and later queer clubs, seamlessly blending them with contemporary elements to forge a wholly new experience. Bouvar's signature sound exudes a refined, feminine elegance, effortlessly traversing realms from disco and Chicago house to acid house, electroclash, and techno. Her expertise in queer club culture is matched only by the electrifying performances she's delivered at prestigious events worldwide. Bouvar has graced stages at Fusion Festival 2019, Vogelball 2022, Kinky Sundays, the Queer Bcademy, Hirscheneck in Basel, her own Salon Queertronique, and left an indelible mark with her unforgettable appearances at the TRANSTRONICA festival.
