Most of us have been taught to believe things about ourselves that have a way of limiting us. Regardless of whether these often * false * beliefs about ourselves are true, when we buy into them we give them power over us. Through being acutely aware of what these ideas are about ourselves and consciously practicing to release them we are able to unlearn and deeply heal. In this episode, I share a simple and straightforward technique I’ve used to help foster the healing process that I hope will resonate for you. Through increasing our self-awareness and practicing this process of letting go, we are able to retrain and connect ourselves to our divine Soul within, free of obstacles and perceived limitations.
