Life is your Guru. We close off because of trauma or attachment. Being closed off to ourSelves we experience hurt, fear and anger which we repress in our minds, emotions and ultimately our bodies. Closed and in pain we do not flow happily. All the pain that is repressed emits a vibration of hurt and life resonates in kind. The law of complimentary vibrations. Awareness is curative and life gives us something such as a problem or person to bring our awareness back to that pain that had been repressed. Life can't be fooled. If we block then live moves to removes those blocks so we can experience Love, Peace and Happiness again. www.williamecooper.wordpress.com for more.
