Candace Alnaji, Esq. is an attorney, career strategist, and workplace consultant. She is the founder of The Mom at Law®, PLLC, and Alnaji Career and Workplace Strategies, LLC. Candace began her legal career as a workplace civil rights attorney with The Law Office of Lindy Korn in Buffalo, NY.
After spending several years in practice and reaching many favorable outcomes for her clients, she pivoted to coaching and consulting work, helping burned-out workers navigate career transitions and educating employers on how to provide engaging, inclusive work environments.

A physician's wife and mom of three (including twins), Candace understands the importance of creating
