Dr. Tom and Kathy Kemper are the chairs of the National Physique Committee North Dakota and Minnesota Bodybuilding. The National Physique Committee (NPC) is the largest amateur bodybuilding organization in the United States. Dr. Tom is a chiropractor by trade and is into his second decade promoting bodybuilding shows. Kathy has qualified as a professional bodybuilder in the figure division and is a coaching guru to athletes across the country.
