When I was 37 years old I was completely programmed by society and was not as open minded as I thought I was. In reality I was closed minded to many things. After learning how to become my own doctor and heal myself I decided to be open to all things and at least get my own first person experience before passing judgment. A few years ago I was routinely attending a Kundalini yoga class where we were doing some extremely powerful breath work for extended periods of time. During that class My consciousness left my body and I was actually looking at myself through another set of eyes. I could actually see myself sitting in the yoga position I was in and I was completely surrounded by white light energy.

I kinda freaked out a little bit after I returned to myself and that experience taught me that there is a lot more going on than I could have possibly imagined. That's why I was excited to be introduced to Tatiana Flow since she works specifically in helping others tap into their own kundalini energy. By following her highest excitement in life it led her to help a client have a breakthrough and after that she decided to help as many people as she could experience the same transformations.
