We are doing things different today. Your health is a crucial and often forgotten piece of the puzzle when it comes to thriving in business.
We all know what it feels like to have to dive into a full days work when you are lethargic, have a headache and are feeling grumpy. It's not great, and it makes biz life feel like you are pushing up hill.

In today’s episode of the Hustle With Heart podcast we’re sharing our health philosophy, and how to get the most out of your body so that you can live a long life and thrive in this fast paced world.

So let’s dive in.

Strategies for a healthy life:

  • Drink UP! Drinking enough good quality water is crucial and one of the best healthy hacks. 1L per 22 kg of body weight is the golden rule - More if you workout or drink coffee
  • Just Eat Real Food: If it once walked on the land, once grew in the land, and hasn't had much done to it since then you guessed it ... it's food! You are what you eat ... literally .. Your body is continuously regenerating new cells so you want to make sure you are getting the best quality FUEL in your body so that it can grow healthy shiny new cells. You don't want to be fast and cheap!
  • Movement Matters: Move often, and move well. But most importantly, make sure you enjoy it! Your thrives when you mix a combination of resistance training, cardio and flexibility.
  • Eat your frogs: The thing that’s on your mind that you’re procrastinating on is taking up a lot of mental space. Carve out time for an hour of power every now and again to get BIG PICTURE projects done that free up your time in the long run.
