About Lisa and Alex Romanov:

Originally from Hawaii, Lisa’s professional background is in travel and tourism; she spent her entire career planning vacations of a lifetime for visitors worldwide as a travel consultant. Traveling is her passion, as she loves connecting with all kinds of people from all walks of life around the world. Married to the co-owner, Alex, Lisa decided to leave the travel industry to work in the business full time in HR, hiring, training and developing top talent to grow the business to reach the goal of being able to help 10,000 homeowners. Lisa is passionate about working with people and developing them in their roles to be the best that they can be in their professional careers and personal life. In her free time, you can find Lisa working on her travel blog, hiking in the Pacific Northwest, and playing beach volleyball.

Alex holds a bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering and a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Colorado and MIT. Before getting his start in real estate, Alex was a member of an elite engineering team building communication satellites and later became an Engineering Manager at Boeing. Alex is a great listener and quick problem-solver, which comes in handy when helping homeowners facing complicated situations. He is happily married to his beautiful wife, Lisa, who is from the island of Oahu, Hawaii. In his free time, you can find Alex playing beach volleyball, hiking, or traveling.
