AJ was the 1st women to win a Rawlings Gold Glove and she talks about how experience was. She talks about the differences in softball and baseball and how approaches at the plate are much different. She talks about how women's softball can grow like the WNBA and how hopefully MLB will jump aboard to make that happen. She talks about how she is training to get on the Olympic Skeleton team and how it is such a crazy sport to learn and train for. She talks about what things can be taken from other sports to improve and make baseball/softball more fun. And she breaks down how hard it is to hit a Rise Ball in softball.
