HR, for example, falls under Jeannie’s banner, and it’s helped her learn a lot about the value of soft skills and clear communication.

She also values clear, concise communication, especially when it comes to budget, and champions the idea that if you can’t explain something simply, you don’t understand it well enough.

She believes that implementing as much technology and automation as possible minimizes repetitive, menial tasks and helps people do more impactful, meaningful work.
