Things got going quickly in this one! Admittedly, I was a bit nervous getting ready to talk to such a powerhouse athlete. Shout out to our newest coach, Alex Sankovic, who has been a massive help in getting some of these world class athletes to share their journey with us.
I wanted to make this 20 minutes, but from 15 minutes until the end, Riccardo goes on a great thread regarding training and physiology! It couldn’t be chopped up!
