What does sacrifice mean to you?
One day it occurred to me that every transfer of energy from one body to the next is sacrifice
It occurred to me that we actually sacrifice many times in a day without even realizing it.
It is how energy and abundance flow throughout the universe.
All matter is made up of energy and energy changes places constantly
The more you give the more you get.
It doesn’t have to be painful to be fruitful.
It doesn’t have to hurt in order to count.

There is no need to give to lavish of gifts
Often, the smallest things are best appreciated
With only half a loaf and a half empty cup
I have often won loyal friends
Here are some Daily sacrifices that make life better and turn goals into reality.
Sacrifice your bad habits
Stop overeating to lose weight
Stop frivolous spending to pay off debt and increase wealth
Give up free time to work on goals
Do the work, when it needs to get done, stop procrastinating
Sacrifice time and energy to learn new skills
Practice what you have learned
Teach what you know
Give to those less fortunate
Help those in need,
Be nice to people that you don’t know even when they are not nice.
Sing a song of gratitude daily (speak what you are grateful for) sound is energy
Read everything you can, written experiences are a gift that is waiting to be shared with you.
Journal daily and meditate on where your (energy) has been spent
