This self talk is about mental rehearsal and visualization, I dive into how to create a vision board and how you can begin to practice his daily.
I give background on why mental rehearsal and visualization is so important and why it works. I asked these three thought provoking questions
- Write down everything you are chasing (ex. success, money, fame, helping people)
- Where did that idea come from? (Ex. Your parents, a friend, on your heart, God, influence from a role model, video)
- Is this really my dream? (Ex. Imagine someone in your exact field 20 years older than you, you see the life they are living is that what you want as well?)
And I finish with how you can create a vision board and accomplish board in the notes section of your phone.
