There are a wide range of sessions you could do, but in this episode we ask the question, what are the must do’s?

What are the training sessions you cannot miss?

From a coaching perspective, all training sessions are created equal, and in an ideal world we don't miss any sessions.

But if we had to pick, which ones are really the most valuable sessions?

What are the sessions that give you the most bang for your buck?

If you were going to miss a session, god forbid, which ones should you make sure you never miss?
